The lady should be out any minute now to do our home inspection. We've done this before but this is a private agency and a new house so I'm still a bit nervous. I cleaned last night and this morning and now I'm worried that my house is too clean and doesn't look kid friendly! Oh well!!

Haha! I think my house has only been this clean the day before we moved in! I went a little nutty. The too clean comment came from my hubby who said they might not believe we have a 3 year old with all my cleaning and organizing (my daughter was outside playing this morning with hubby). Its funny how different counties have different rules about house safety. Our old county checked every cupboard and cabinet, made us lock up our butter knives and keep shampoo on a top shelf but only made us use a baby cabinet lock for our meds and cleaning supplies and we could keep paint on a high shelf in the basement. The new agency doesnt care where our butter knives or cooking knives are, didnt check for outlet plugs or even look to see if our cupboards had baby latches on them but they want meds locked up with a lock and key as well as the cleaning supplies and our paint thats in a seperate closet in the locked garage has to have a lock on it. This inspection was so much faster and easier though. Just have to fix 2 things and then she will come back out do our update to our homestudy, check the 2 items and then we are almost there!
She mentioned a lot of babies coming in lately and even asked our daughter what she wanted...my 3 year old said a baby boy and a baby girl.... CW said she'd keep her eye out for twins lol!
