Hello. My husband was adopted in Arizona and we have been searching for 6 years for any biological relatives. Through searching we've learned that in 1971 it was common practice for birth dates to be changed by a few days and birth places changed. Also adoption records were sealed in Arizona for 99 years. My husband's birthdate is October 14th 1971 and his adoptive parents received him in Arizona when he was 2 weeks old. Please contact me if you think there might be a link. Thank you.
