Daughter born April 19. 1986 in Shreveport, La- Adopted from VOA

I'm looking for information. I've never thought much about meeting my birth parents. I only wanted to know more about our family medical history. Recently, several health concerns have come up and It would be helpful to know if this is hereditary, etc. I was born April 19, 1986 to a 14 year old girl in Shreveport, La. The father, 18, was unaware of the pregnancy. I was adopted April 25, 1986 by a couple in Alexandria. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
