We took in a young girl last Summer. Her mothers rights had been terminated 14 months before. She was legally free and we were set to adopt her. Her mother had filed an appeal and 3 months after she moved in she won her appeal to have her parental rights re-instated. now 4 months later we are waiting for another parenting assesments and pysch eval to be done (she never passed the 1st time and TPR was done). If it gets to terminating her parental rights again is the bio mom able to appeal again? our foster daughter has been in foster almost 4 years at this point.
