Help find Daughter born in 1998

I am searching for my birth daughter. Her mother put her up for adoption without my consent. I believe the name given to her before the adoption was Jessica Morgan Howie or Morgan Jessica Howie, but not sure what the name is now. She was born at the Womans Hospital in Baton Rouge, LA on or about September 8th, 1998 and was adopted through a nation wide adoption agency by people from Florida. IҒm not trying to take my daughter from anyone since it has been so long, but I feel she needs to know who she is and why things are the way they are. Every person deserves that right.
