Lutheran social services and Lutheran child and family Illinois

Hi! I am trying to find out any information about Lutheran child and family services and Lutheran social services in Illinois. DH and I are starting to interview agencies and these two seem to have lower fees than the rest, but I can't really find anyone who has used them for their adoption or interviewed with them. Has anyone used them before and would be willing to share your experience? We are looking to do domestic infant adoption. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!
