Baby Girl - June 1067 (Adopted); Searching for Birth Mother (She was 18 Yrs old in 1967)

I am searching for my birth mother or father; or birth family. I was born in June 1967 . I was left in the hospital by my mother in Columbia County, Florida. I was later adopted by a family in July of 1967. My mother was 18 years old when I was born. She knew who my father was but didn't share this information with the hospital or courts.
