I know I've been MIA for a while. It's been a crazy start to the school year. Tarzan and TeenyWeeny are doing well. I've gotten physical therapy and speech therapy for both to make sure they are followed for developmental concerns. We have had a ton of doctors appointments, but over all things are great.
Both parents recently signed over their rights. No fight for TPR, no appeals, nothing. (WOW!) I know they still have 10 days, but everyone thinks that it's pretty much done and they won't change their minds about it. So, my question for experienced FP is, what's next? What do I need to do on my end now? Do I just wait for the SW? Is there anything we should be doing? I feel like we waited for this but it has happened much faster than I ever expected. I thought we would be in it for at least another year.

nothing new. I did send update pictures to the family and I got a text back indicating that they know we will "be getting the kids" and thanking us for all that we do for the kids. So now I guess we are just waiting to see what happens..,.. We have talked to all the kids about it. Not sure that Tarzan really gets it, because we have been his family for so long he doesn't seem to realize that it'll be any different. My BDs are very excited for the idea of permanency in our family. I'm starting to get nervous about how we will afford 4 kids after adoption, but I just pray and work on letting God take care of us.
