My state registry was BEYOND useless. They actually lost my original file completely. Completely useless state registry agency.The other registries never were successful either, not since 2001. Not everyone who births a child wants to be found; most don't. It's great when people have success against the norm, but i never did. Too much of finding a needle in a haystack.
