I'm searching for my brother's birth mother. She was 15 when she had him at George Washington Hospital in Washington DC. He was 6 weeks early. We believe she was at the FCH in DC. He was adopted from the CHS in Richmond,Va. The only info we have on his Birth Father is blonde hair, blue eyes, 6'2, and educated. He was not told by the mother that she was pregnant. This is what we know about her and her family. She was married a few months after his birth to a man she met while pregnant. She took cosmetology classes. Her parents were divorced. Her mom was a secretary and liked ball room dancing and bowling. Her father did not know about Donald. She has an older half brother that may have went into the military and a younger half sister by her father, a year younger then Donald. He has stage 3 cancer and we are getting desperate now. We are going to petition the court to open his adoption records because his birth father was never told about him. So any information that someone may have please share with me.

I'm sorry about you brother's condition. You can check the adoption registries registry.adoption.com, ISRR.org and your state registry if you haven't already. Also your brother can take a DNA test. It takes 6-8 weeks to get the results, but has been successful for many adoptees. Also you can join the Facebook group Adoptee Central. They are an active search group, and the members are very knowledgeable and helpful. Be sure to make a post with all the info you have here. Best of luck!
