Birth mother (16 years Old) was at the Chaparral Unwed Mothers Home and Adoption Agency in NM while creating me.
She left me a note with my adoptive parents to give to me when I turned 21, however it had none of her information.
I was adopted out quickly, outside of the additional weeks waited due to my Birth Dad not signing rights over in good time frame.
Red hair Blue eyed baby when born, eyes changed brown but kept the red hair.
I am looking for Birth family to see if I have any siblings and to say thank you. I have the best parents ever and it would not have been possible, without the difficult decision she made back then.

Unfortunately New Mexico still requires a court order to unseal your original birth certificate. You can, however request non identifying information from the state. It should include a physical description of your birth parents, health history, and family background. These facts will be useful in your search. To access non identifying information, you should contact New Mexico Department of Children, Youth and Families at 505-827-7450You should also register with the mutual consent adoption registries. I recommend registry.adoption.com and ISRR.orgI also HIGHLY recommend DNA testing. I am an adoptee, and I found my birth family within 24 hours of getting my Ancestry DNA results.https://adoption.com/dna-search-reunion
