In Search for my Half Brother born 1962 and placed through Florence Crighton Homes around Washington DC Area

I am looking for my half-brother that was born in the fall to winter of 1962. All my father can remember is that he was born after Marilyn Monroe died. His mother 'Midge' and my father Gabe met in the Philippines while my father was stationed there as a Navy Journalist, and Midge's father was there as a civilian contractor. After Midge became pregnant my father and her decided to give the baby up for adoption and she went back to Washington DC, where she gave birth to a son. My grandfather's attorney handled all of the legal paperwork and that is all I know. I hope I can find you.
