Can I adopt my daughters newborn against her will, if she is planning to put him up for adoption

My daughter is 23 and recently discovered she is pregnant. A coworker has convinced her to let the coworkers family adopt the baby. My daughter deals with a lot of anxiety and depression and is very easily manipulated. I have told her that her stepdad and I would adopt the baby but she feels like she is doing this couple a favor by giving them her child. The couple has told her they can’t afford an attorney and to buy supplies for a newborn in such a short period of time. My daughter is 28 weeks pregnant. I may be overthinking the situation but how do I intervene and keep her from attempting to just “give” the baby to them illegally? I’d like to know the appropriate way to facilitate adopting my grandson so he can grow up within his own family.
