Looking to adopt a child from India - Living in Toronto, Canada

Hi, We live in Toronto, Canada. We are NRIs and would like to adopt a child from India. Had anybody gone through this process? If so, can you give the agency name? What are other ways to find a child to adopt from India? If I know someone who wants to legally give the child for adoption, would that work? Any help is appreciated. Thank!!
