What happens to the visits after reunification services ends.

I am a FP in Caliifornia that wants to know what usually happens to the visits after reunification services ends. I mean what are my rights as a FP? The social worker is making it sound like I have my life signed away to Fostering and that I should cancel my plans just so the visits can happen. Are there any place where I can look up the guidlines to this? Thank you in advance.
