Looking for Mother who was adopted 1954

I have been searching for my Mother. I was adopted in 1982. Upon completing Ancestry and obtaining adoption information from Missouri. I found out my mother was adopted as well. She would have been adopted at birth in or around 1954. She would have been born to a mother who was 18 years old at her time of birth. Her birth mother's name was Minnie Marie Oliver. Her father was John Percy McKay Jr. Upon talking to McKay Jr's family he told a story on his death bed that he had a daughter when he was just 17 years old. He had met the Mother at Raburn County, GA he was a boat worker on a lake and her family was there on vacation. No one knew about the daughter while he was alive. Minnie also had another child she put up for adoption later on in life his name was Michael Galpin ( Jeffrey Smalls) is his adopted name.
