loss of adopted child through court

Hi there,I had been adopted for 4 months in san diego / Cal, in 1963. My German birth mother changed her mind and got me back through court. Shortly afterwards she took me with her to Germany.i am looking for my four-months adoptive parents, who had to give me back after four months.
