I was wondering what the demographics were like in everyone's area. Is there an optimal "mix" of colors? I ask this because we are considering moving sometime in the future to be closer to DH's family. I know we'll need to pick where we move to carefully as we will most likely have adopted an AA or bi-racial baby by then. Right now we live where it's 88% white. Combined with membership in a church that is more like 50% white, is this enough? Would duplicating this if we moved be ok, or should we really look into areas that are more like 50/50 AA/white? I was hoping some of you that have BTDT could lend more insight! Thanks!
