birth father search

I am searching for my birth father. To the best of my knowledge, his name is James E. Thompson,and he is originally from Seattle,Washington. In 1954, he was stationed at an airforce base in Mississippi (Keesler ?). He would now be approximately 66 years old. My birth mother is from New Orleans, La. Her name is Dorothy (Dottie) R. I was born at St. Anne's Home for Unwed Mothers in Shreveport La on May 5, 1955. I have a desire to know something of my ancestery and medical history for I have children of my own.
