Any information would be great!

We are contemplating beginning the adoption process, and are trying to gather as much information as possible from people who have experienced it. We have two children of our own (boys ages 3 and 1) and are considering adopting a little girl (an infant) from the Philippines. I am a Filipina-American and my husband is Caucasian. We are looking at Hand in Hand as an agency and so far, have felt very positive about them and have heard good things. Anything anyone would like to share with us of their experinces, any input, advice on financial issues, health-related things or anything else (even just your stories!) would be so helpful.
