We have just completed our adoption of our son and would like to have him circumcised. We live in Hawaii and could have the surgery done at Tripler Army Community Hospital but their waiting list is rather long. We are retiring from the military and leaving Hawaii in March and Tripler won't be able to do the surgery before we leave. Has anyone out there been able to get Tri-care to pay for a circumcision for their adopted son after the initial hosipital stay at birth? We were told that we would need to contact President Bush for an exception to the policy. Any advice would be well received. Thanks.
