ISO Birth parents or siblings

Hi All, I hope everyone has a great holiday. I am trying to help a woman find her birth parents or siblings she may have. Her adopted name is Catherine. she was born September 16, 1971 in D.C. Her adoption went through Catholic Charities. Her mother was 18, Irish, had brown hair, hazel eyes,freckles, and about 5'2. She was enrolled in LPN courses at the time. Her father was 26, Hawaiian, and possibly Roman Catholic. Her mother is the fourth oldest of 12 siblings and the only other information she has is that her parents were possibly from a Northeastern state. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
