ISO 1/2 sister born June 1963 in Steven's Point WI.

I am grasping at straws I have little info, but I was born 7/25/63, but that is not for sure ? I have grren/hazel eyes reddish/brown hair, a lazy left eye???my place of birth questionable???, but ya never know, good luck in your search.:confused: :confused:
