I lost my parential rights a few years ago and I was wondering how I could go about getting them back. I dont believe my children have been adopted out. I want to do it so it it is right way. Any idea's please let me know thank you. Theresa my e-mail is good2gooo69@hotmail.com

I would think that a lot depends on why you "lost" your parental rights. Did you sign them away voluntarially, or did Child Protective Services remove your children into protective custody (foster care)?
If you signed them away voluntarially, there's probably nothing you can do except contact an agency and apply to adopt your children, since those papers can't be revoked after a certain amount of time has passed. You'll have to go through a homestudy and everything else potential adoptive parents go through.
If CPS removed your children, then there were probably court dates you had, and a case plan you were supposed to follow to get your children back. The first step is therefore to follow that case plan. Once you have satisfied all those requirements, contact the person who was representing you at that time (or a private lawyer, if you can't remember who that person was), and see what can be done.
If your children are still in foster care and you are a stable adult who has completed your case plan and could pass a homestudy, then it may be possible to have your children returned to you. I've heard of that happening. But it's hard and doesn't happen often.
