I was born in reno nevado 8/1966. I am looking for my birth parents and my siblings. I was known as baby girl blank. My adopted Name was Joelene Lilley. I've been searching for many years however, it is now very important I found my parents as I am having serious health problems and need to find out my medical history.

I am writing to invite you to a meeting of Nevada Open, a grassroot organization lobbying the Nevada Legislature for open records. The meeting is this Saturday in Las Vegas January 4, 2003 at the Downtown Library (accross from Cashman field on LV Blvd). 10 am - 5 pm - drop by anytime!!
We will be discussing plans to lobby the legislature for Open Records in Nevada.

To the Nevada person, please find out if your state allows for confidential intermediaries or court orders for your case since you are having medical problems. My aunt's best friend was adopted and the court helped her find her birthfamily, but she was in OH.
