Searching for adopted brother 12/05/68

I am searching for a half brother who was born and adopted in Casper, WY. His birthday is either 12/5/68 or 12/6/68. I have been looking for him for a long time. If anyone has any information, please let me know.

my husband was born in casper on 10/02/64, he has a younger brother, im not sure of the birthdate, i will find out. they are suppost to be biological brothers, they think. he also has a younger sister. My husband was adopted in either 67 or 68 and then a newborn boy was adopted into the same family. was your brother adopted as a newborn?
