Hi
Me and my husband have been waiting for 19 monthes to adopt a caucasian baby or half caucasion/native american. I was just wondering if somebody can relate to this situation of waiting this long or could you share your experience with me Im getting very frustrated. Me and my husband want a baby very badly it has been 4 years since we lost our little baby when I was 5monthes along due to severe toxemia. Actually we were on one agency for a while but when we moved out of state we had to change agencies. If anyone can relate please talk to me.

Hi,
My husband and I have been waiting about 14 months. It is so hard. Espically when couples enter our agency later than us, but get babies! We recently found out we were matched through Heaven Sent. We are waiting for our baby to be born. Now, we are worried that that will fall through. I guess the waiting and worrying never ends. Hang in there.

My husband and I have been waiting over two years to adopt. We adopted our son 11 years ago and i admit we didnt expect to wait this long since we only waited a few months for him. We were recently blessed with a newborn baby girl but within two weeks of bringing her home the birthmother changed her mind. We are heartbroken but are getting by day by day. We will always love that little girl and we have decided to try to adopt again. I know how worried and emotional this time can be while you are waiting. I know that with us going through the process again I will be thinking of the one that we lost and worrying about it happening again. It can be very frustrating with all the waiting and some days are better than others.
Hang in there. I know that once you see your child, you will know the wait was well worth it.
Sorry to hear about your bad time me and my husband know exactly how you feel when we lost our first one it took us a long while to heal. But we finally had our dreams come true 4 days after my birthday on the 29th of march they called and told us they had a baby girl waiting if we were interested that was born the day before of course we were interested so we came home and went to kansas the next day and picked up our new baby girl (kylie Joy) we had to stay in kansas for a week but the birthparents had already signed away their rights we just went april 19th to court and finalized it all but in june we would have waited 2 years. I really feel for you and wish you the best of luck next time.
