We have a match and we are now looking for an attorney to use to check all of the paperwork prepared by the agency and to assist us with the process. Adoption is too much money to not make sure that all of the paperwork is being done correctly! Does anyone have any suggestions?

We don't even live in Florida but Jeanne Tate came so highly recommended we are using her services and could not be happier with her and her staff! No match yet, but we are just starting out. Her fees are very reasonable and communication is fantastic. Good luck.
You will be so happy with Jeanne Tate and her staff. It took 20 months start to finish for us. IT happened 3 months after we finished the home study. THe most beautifull new born baby girl come into our lives. That was almost 3 years ago now.
It will happen
GOod Luck
We've adopted both our children through Jeannie Tate and they both have gone well. Her and her staff are all great. First one took five months and second took 10, with the second coming just a few weeks ago. Two beautiful children!! Can't go wrong with her.

We used Jeanne for our independent/designated adoption here in FL and she was great! She was also very affordable compared to the other attorneys I called. She doesn't charge full agency fees, just legal fees, for a designated situation. And her office staff was great. They always returned my calls and answered all my questions.
HTH,
Carrol

I have a question. Do i have to advertise in the local paper for 60 or more days to find the father of the father of my 13 year old step-daughter?
