if there are three siblings up for adoption in the state of florida does law require all three siblings to be adopted by the same person or persons?
It depends on the children's needs and there potential to be adopted as a unit. They are family, and when possible, it is best to keep sibs together. Sometimes, there are reasons the have to be seperated.

If one sibling is abusing the other and a therapist feels the risk is too much for them to heal together. Also, If there is a large distance between the children's ages, sometimes the older child will choose to enter independant living instead of being adopted. If one child has a problem that may sugnificantly lower the chances of ever being adopted if they stay together, or the sibs have different fathers and birth family is available for some and not the others. Those are the only ones I can think of right now.
