I was born in Ottawa, Ontario on August 5th 1981 at the Riverside Hospital. My birth name was Yvonne Marie and my last name (or mother's maiden name) started with an "A". I'm looking for my birthmother, who at the time of my birth was in her early teens and living in a small town outside Ottawa with her parents and two brothers.
