I am searching for Terri Lynn Foltz, my birthmother. I am a female, born on April 10, 1978 and adopted by a military family in Germany. My birthmother was also in the military as a specialist four in 1978 and lived in the Patton Barracks, Heidelberg US Army Base. Anyone who has information, please contact me at adoramiracle@cs.com
