Valerie Joy Moss

I'm in search of my mother, Valerie Joy Moss. I was born to her in Peterborough England February 28, 1963. I have an older sister and a younger brother. Our father was in the USAF, he and my mother were married. We were stationed at an AFB in Little Rock Arkansas when my parents divorced. My father came to pick my sis, myself and my brother up for a visit. He never returned us to our Mother and that was the last time I ever saw her, I think I was 3 or 4.
