Looking for Mother's Birthfamily 1932

My mother was born in November 1932 and was adopted in March 1934. She was adopted out of Hope Cottage in Dallas Texas. I have all her adoption paper's and her Original Birth Certificate. I am looking for Fannie Lucas ( Her B/mother) or any family member, been searching for 4 years now with no luck, Birthmother was from Carthage Texas and was 17 at the time of my mother's birth.
