my husband

This is my husband he is lookin for his birth parents he was born in Clinton Missouri 2-4-1983 and was taken home from the hospital by his adopted parents David and Regina Foster. Would love to know his birth parents and 1/2 siblings. It was a closed adoption so its been hard getting any info. Just that his mom was 15 and was in social service care but was told she was raiswd by her grandparents and his bfather was a doctor.
