Nehemiah from Texas

Nehemiah is very polite, respectful young man. He will have an intelligent conversation with you at any time. Nehemiah is articulate in explaining his desires and dreams. He has expressed dreams of being in a position where he can help other kids that have been in the situation that he is currently in. Nehemiah enjoys playing football and basketball and hopes to be able to play on the school team next year. He loves listening to music and uses music as a way to relax when he is feeling stressed. He is very protective of those he cares about. Nehemiah is doing well in school currently and is enjoying school. Like most teenage boys, he enjoys playing video games and watching funny YouTube videos online. He is a social person and likes getting to hang out with his friends. He also enjoys talking on the phone. Nehemiah loves a good home cooked meal. His favorites are Mexican Food and hamburgers. He is a sweet kid that deserves a forever home!

Nehemiah would do well in a traditional or nontraditional home. He is very respectful and polite, but he likes rules to be explained to him and he wants to be treated with respect as well. Nehemiah would do well with parents that would be willing to sit and discuss a situation with him as well as explain to him their reason for asking him to do what they are asking. He would do well with parents that give him a clear expectations and also clear consequences for any action. His parents will be consistent with him and stick by their word. They will also be protective of Nehemiah. He loves sports and hopes that his future family would support him by being at any sporting event that he participates in. His connection to his family is very important to him. Nehemiah considers his relationship with his grandmother, brothers, and cousin to be very important and hopes to be able to continue that contact in his adoptive home. Nehemiah does fine with other children in the home as long as there is an age gap. He is a great kid who wants to be loved!
