Te'asia from Texas

Te'Asia has a huge personality that is slowly bubbling to the surface. She loves to make others laugh and enjoys dancing and being silly. Te'asis loves to dance, especially when watching dance videos and shows she enjoys. She enjoys spending time outdoors; she likes taking walks, jumping on the trampoline, and playing basketball. She is a very loving child and can be very affectionate with others; appropriate supervision is required. Te'Asia enjoys using her imagination to make arts and crafts. Te'Asia can become easily distracted at times. She does well with one on one interaction. She thrives when she has one on one time and is able to have bonding time. Te'asia is a curious child and likes to learn new things, especially in arts and crafts, as this is an area where she excels. Te'asia can be shy until she builds a rapport. She has a very caring and open personality and likes to feel that she is included in family and friendships.

Kendra and Te'Asia are both very loving girls who are full of life and show overwhelming empathy towards animals and children younger than them. Though their verbal communication skills have been limited, this has not altered their bond with each other. In fact, it appears to have strengthened it. Both girls look for each other when separated and light up when the other enters the room. Te'Asia can easily make Kendra laugh and is very eager to hear her sister giggle. Kendra is always willing and eager to be by Te'Asia's side, experiencing all the new things they are learning in school and their new environment. They love to be read to, play with dolls, do their hair, complete arts and crafts, and play outside. Kendra is the oldest but often looks for her sister for comfort. Kendra appears to understand what is being asked of her more than her sister and will try to help redirect her sister if Te'Asia cannot understand. Te'Asia loves to make others laugh and enjoys making her sister laugh. She is extremely curious and loves to explore everything around her. Te"Asia's forever family will be able to advocate for her needs at home, in the school system, and with other various therapeutic providers as needed. Her parents will provide a loving, structured, calming, and patient, family environment. Te'Asia's family will provide support and assistance daily and regularly at home and school to assist her in completing daily tasks. Her family will understand that she may need support in various areas of her life into and through adulthood. Te'Asia does well with other children and loves dogs.
