Moses from Virginia

Moses is a handsome, quiet, and stoic kid. He loves looking at TV, playing with toys especially toy cars and trucks. He enjoys outside activities to include riding bikes, climbing, and riding his scooter. Moses appears to truly to be happy and show his emotions when he is engaged in gymnastics and swimming. Moses is cooperative and polite; he answers questions with single words or simple word combinations because is connected speech is limited. He displays age-appropriate skills in completing his daily independent living skills while given prompts and directives. Moses loves eating pizza, French fries, chicken nuggets, and tacos. Moses has overcome many obstacles in life. The special family for him must be willing to learn how to meet his needs and be willing to accept a lifetime commitment. In our effort to limit the digital footprint of our children and youth, Virginia has elected to only provide photos to inquiring families. (A digital footprint could be described as a trail left behind when someone uses the internet (e.g. websites visited, social media accounts, photos, etc.). The state wants to be cautious as to who can see and potentially have access to youth’s info.
