Looking for my sister who was adopted in 1984

Hi! I am attaching the only photo I have of my sister, her birth name is Ashley Marie Sutton. Born December 29, 1983. Coos or Lincoln County Oregon. I was 9 years old at the time of her birth and we were in the "system" which is why we were separated and she was adopted out in June-July 1984. She was adopted out to a family in Eddysville, Oregon. I can provide specific details about her birth parents. My other siblings and I are searching for her. I am confident this was an "open adoption" It has recently been brought to my attention that celebrating the adoption of Ashley, her adopted parents listed a two page celebratory article in the Newport New Times paper. I am trying to secure a copy of the article.
