hi i saw your old post and was wondering what state you live in. i have had permanent guardianship of a baby boy since novemeber 2014. he has been in our care since he was two weeks old (sept 2013). the mother has not seen him since oct 2014 and does not pay child support. we are in massachusetts. also how much did the adoption cost, because his cps case was also closed because we were deemed fit guardians. i wanna adopt him.
