Any other info you could add? Did you list any info about bio father, religion, health or anything? I know it's been a long time. I'm just trying to cover my (and yours) bases.

I am trying to order paperwork to confirm hospital. So far evert hung I have or have gotten has no hospital listed. I had to goto Albany for that info. Your age is correct.

I had paperwork that did not have any father's info listed or religion. It was not filled out at the time. It was blank. Do you know the names of the the people your baby went to before I release the names of mine? And I'm still in the area.

All the paperwork I have received from vital records do not have hospital I was born at. This seems to be a dead end. However I have learned a time. I can say if this is a connection.. my intentions are honest and true. Looking for medical history and nothing more IF you don't want to go there.
