Hi Steffy,<br />I have recently lost a relationship with someone who was adopted and your description of yourself sounds so much like her. I'm really struggling and she seems to be thinking like you, just be single and keep it simple with her daughter. Of course that leaves me out and I have raised her daughter for 6 years. I understand I made mistakes as I didn't have the tools to deal with her issues and think she picked me originally because at first I was very well balanced and centred. I know it seems to her that it's less painful on her own. I guess I'm aking for any insight that would help me either understand and accept or get back with her.<br />Thanks,<br />Andrew
