I would still try Ancestry just to be sure, they have around 20 million people on their site. I would also talk to your adoptive parents and see if they have any info from your adoption. My adopted daughter in law had 46 pages of info from her adoption, including mother and her address . Her adoptive parents would not hand it over, so I had her petition USCIS for it. Then I would take that to FB and search. Everyone in the Philippines is on FB, but also be very careful on there.
