Is it true that LDSFS is suspending the International program?

Hi, Yes, the church has suspended international adoptions. I called today to see if the suspension was still in place and they said yes and that it probably would be for a while. That is all I know, I assume it is because of the was and SARS. Happy 4th of July!:)

LDSSS did indead stop the international service. My social worker told me is was because it was too costly for LDSSS. They were spending to much money on the program. They are trying to figure out how to provide international adoptions and not have to charge an arm and a leg.
