I was asked to forward this..................

I received an email with information about children from latvia who are
currently available for adoption. Supposedly no international travel is
required.
On Monday, they must return to Latvia and orphanage life as they have not
found adoptive parents.
I do not endorse this agency or program as I know nothing about them, other
than this request to share information. Liz

The information in this post indicating that "no international travel is required" is not correct. Both parents will be required to travel to Latvia for court, and one parent will need to stay for a period of time that recently has been anywhere from 3 to 14 days.
