Intrafamily Adoption

Is there someone out there who can help me in the process of adopting my two step-daughters (biological fathers are either unknown or have signed consent to adoption in another state).

Hi Tom, You would have to contact an adoption lawyer to make it legal. For the birthfather that is unknown, I think what happens is you have to put an add in the paper for 30 days in the area in which you believe he resides. If no response then the court terminates his parental rights.
