With Korea, you do not need to travel to the country, the baby can be escorted home. You might also want to check out the South Korea Bulletin Board (under International Adoption).

Why do you want to have your child escorted? Is it the cost or can you not travel for some reason? If it is the cost, as you can see for my travel, the cost is about the same or higher for escorting.
