i am all for him adopting my little girl he has been the only father she has known since she was 1 years old and now she is almost 6 and he wants to legally adopt her we are not married but plan to be in the near future but i want to know where i can get the forms and things from to start the process pls help.

First of all, congrats on both the wedding and your BF deciding he wants to adopt your child !! I saw your post was a little older, and no one replied, so I wasn't sure where you are at right now with your plans. Sorry for the delay in response, I only became a member this month !
In response to where to start, since I have recently adopted, the wedding plans would be the first place to start. It would be easier and financially more beneficial to be married first. Once married, I would recommend you visit a web site called stepparentadoption.com. They have a great book out that would help you.
A Stepparent's Guide to Adoption provides valuable information you will not find anywhere else.
