Our Why

We believe that adoption is a calling, one that we wholeheartedly embrace with open hearts and minds.

We have so much love to give.
We always knew we wanted a family. After years of fertility challenges and heartbreaking losses, along with many prayers, we realized that adoption is the way for us to complete our family.

We believe that adoption is a calling, one that we wholeheartedly embrace with open hearts and minds. We have dreamt about this moment for many years, and we can’t wait to meet our future child.

We have so much love to give, and we believe it would be a blessing to provide a loving, nurturing home full of laughter, unwavering support, compassion, and endless adventures and opportunities for a son or daughter.
Our Story

We love doing life together! Our love and respect for each other continues to grow every day.

Allie and Greg
Our story began in 2015 when we first connected online. Despite living an hour and a half apart, we spent weeks talking on the phone. Our first in-person meeting took place at the aquarium, a date that marked the beginning of our relationship. In August 2017, we moved into our current home, a beautiful space where we could build our lives together.

In July 2018, after an incredible trip to San Diego, a spontaneous decision at the airport led us to choose a small ceremony for our wedding. The following June 2019, we tied the knot at the courthouse in a ceremony that reflected our love – simple, genuine, and filled with joy. The best part? We surprised our family and friends with the news the next day, celebrating our union with those we hold dear.

We love doing life together! Our love and respect for each other continues to grow every day. We enjoy spending time together whether it’s laughing at each other’s silliness, going on trips, catching a movie, going on long walks, or just relaxing watching our favorite shows on the couch. We are truly blessed to be each other's person and we can’t wait to see what God puts in our lives next.
Before You Go,

Our child's story will forever be woven into the fabric of our lives, and we are grateful for the privilege of embarking on this extraordinary journey of parenthood together.

We pledge to nurture, guide, and cherish every moment, creating a life filled with love, compassion, and endless opportunities.
We extend our heartfelt commitment to you and the precious life you are considering entrusting to our care. We promise to provide a home founded in faith, where unconditional love, unwavering support, and the spirit of adventure abound. As we eagerly anticipate the joy of exploring the world with our child, we hold dear the importance of cherishing and embracing their roots.

Each day, our child will be surrounded by not only our love but also the warmth and affection of our extended family and friends. We pledge to nurture, guide, and cherish every moment, creating a life filled with love, compassion, and endless opportunities. Our child's story will forever be woven into the fabric of our lives, and we are grateful for the privilege of embarking on this extraordinary journey of parenthood together.

Love,
Allie & Greg

Our Adventures

We are lovers of travel, always on the lookout for adventures in exciting destinations. Our passion for exploring new places is connected to a deep appreciation for history, museums, and zoo sites. From the beautiful mountains and red cliffs of Banff and Zion National Parks to iconic cities like San Diego, New York City, and Washington, D.C., we've made memories that will last a lifetime. In a recent trip to London and Paris, we marveled at landmarks like the Tower of London, Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and the Eiffel Tower. Whether navigating the lively French Quarter of New Orleans or immersing ourselves in the Native American and Spanish cultures of New Mexico, our shared passion for discovery and learning cultures runs through our life journey—one we eagerly anticipate sharing with our future baby.

Our Friends... Our Village

There are friends, there is family, and then there are friends that become family. Our friends, whom we have known for years, are a very important part of our lives. We are there for and support each other in good times and bad. We enjoy spending time together with them and their families. We do lots of activities together, including going to the movies, trying new restaurants, hiking, and traveling, just to name a few. Between our family and friends, our future child will have no shortage of love and support. It takes a village to raise a child, we are so blessed to have found ours.

Our Families

Greg’s Family - My parents, Doyle and Beth, have been married for over 44 years. They live about six miles from us, so we are lucky to see them often. My Dad is retired from the phone company and enjoys gardening, watching college sports, and taking road trips. My Mom is retired from the federal government and she enjoys traveling, reading, word puzzles, and spending time with friends. They also enjoy discovering new restaurants together. My older brother, Matt, lives in California. He’s a handyman and ride-share driver. He enjoys working out, going on long runs, and trying new restaurants. My younger brother, Joe, also lives in California. He’s a finance director of a probiotics company. He enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Katie, reading, researching, and hiking, Our whole family tries to get together as often as possible during the year, but especially during the holidays. One of my favorite things to do is travel with my parents, as we all enjoy history and exploring new places. Allie’s Family- My parents, Luis and Sandra, who have been married for over 40 years, truly value time with family. My Dad works at the airport and enjoys bike riding and watching sports. My Mom manages an auto shop and enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family. They love getting in their car and exploring new towns. They live about an hour away from us. They love to surprise us with homemade Puerto Rican food when they come over to visit. My sister and brother-in-law, Luixandra and Jason, have been married for over four years and live about an hour away from us too. My sister is a social worker at an elementary school and enjoys reading, baking, and traveling. My brother-in-law is a lawyer and enjoys history and watching college football. Our family gets together for birthdays, holidays, and just any time we can. One of the many things that I love about our family time is the laughter and loudness, as it shows we’re truly enjoying our time together.

Our Pets

Meet our adorable fur babies – Thor, Chalky, and Ella. Thor, the sweet and cuddly cat, became a part of our family a year before we met. Allie nursed him to health, and he has been a curious, sunbathing, surprise-popping joy ever since. Lincoln aka Chalky is the first pet we rescued together, bringing boundless happiness with his sweet, fun, and loving personality. He is loyal and protective, always ready to greet guests and play with little ones. Ella, Allie's first pet, joined us during her early teaching years. Calm and collected, with a hint of feistiness, Ella enjoys sleeping, sunbathing, and cuddling with both of us. Our fur babies fill our home with love and excitement, making every return a delight.

Home Sweet Home

Our home, a charming one-story red brick, has four bedrooms. The cozy family room and dining area provide spaces for shared moments. We have a fireplace and the airy ambiance created by tall ceilings and large windows welcomes natural light. Step outside, and you will find a spacious backyard that’s great for our dogs to run around and future children to play. Our home is within walking distance of a neighborhood park adorned with winding trails, a pond, and an expansive playground. Our neighborhood also includes community pools, tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts. During the summer, our home becomes a hub for gatherings as we host friends and family for dinners and BBQs. As keepers of traditions, we look forward to choosing and decorating a real Christmas tree, adorned with ornaments collected during our travels—a practice we eagerly look forward to sharing with our future little one.

Meet Greg - Written by Allie

Greg has a big heart, a passion for helping others, and contagious laughter! Growing up in Olney, Maryland, just outside of Washington, D.C., he was surrounded by the love of his parents, Doyle and Beth, and his brothers, Matt, and Joe. At the age of 18, right after high school graduation, and sparked by his Grandfather’s WW2 service, Greg decided to join the U.S. Navy in July 2001. Little did he know, he was in for an adventure—four deployments, 30+ countries, and a stint in the Persian Gulf as part of the Iraq War. After 8 ½ years of sailing the seas, Greg set his sights on college, utilizing the G.I. Bill, and earning himself a BA in History. Originally dreaming of being a teacher, Greg's journey took him from California to Texas, where he discovered his knack for recruiting in the corporate world. Fast forward 10+ years, and Greg is now the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for a global travel company. When he is not working, Greg's all about family and friends, planning our next trip, and cheering on his favorites—the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys, and Dallas Stars. Whether he is cracking jokes or working hard for his family, Greg is living life with a smile that can light up any room!

Meet Allie - Written by Greg

Allie is caring, driven, and compassionate, with a big and hopeful heart! Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and moved to Texas with her parents Luis and Sandra, and her sister Luixandra at the age of 14. Allie grew up quickly, as she was the only one in her family who spoke English, she helped her parents find their family an apartment, sign up for English classes, and employment applications, and enrolled her sister and herself in school. In high school, Allie joined the drill team, where she performed in football and basketball games, and won two dance championships with her team. At 17 years old, Allie graduated high school and began her college career. She graduated with a BA in Elementary Education in 2009 and began teaching that fall. Two years later, she received her master's in education with a specialty in reading. Allie has now been teaching for 15 + years, with experience in 1st and 2nd grade, coaching teachers, and now she’s doing her dream job as a Dyslexia Therapist. From a very young age, Allie knew what she wanted to do in life was become a teacher and a mother. She advocates for her students with passion and loves them as if they are her own and they equally love her back. During her time off, you can find Allie spending time with our family and her best friends, researching for our next trip, going on walks, cooking tasty meals, or curled up on the couch reading a book. I’ve seen her flourish in many aspects of her life, but I truly can’t wait to see her become the wonderful mother she will be.
