You said you wanted to get original birth certificate. I am sorry to say that Colorado seals all adoption files and it is not possible to get your OBC until after reunion and permission is gained from all named on the OBC.

Hi. I found my biological mother by petitioning the County Court to unseal my adoption records in Colorado back in 1995. I believe it is still possible to do this. If you know the county you were adopted in - you can call the court and get the paperwork you'll need to file to begin the process. Once the file is opened - they will send your info to an intermediary company - who will search for your mother or father. If they find them - they will have to get their permission for you to have their information. It cost me about $500 back in 1995 to go through this process - and was well worth it. They located my Mom and through her I found my bio dad who never knew I existed! Good Luck!
