I was just chatting with another member and she informed me that she got a letter in her home study packet that said parents who have a biological child cannot apply to the adoptions from the heart domestic caucasian program. Has anyone else come across this? I was just speaking with them last week and I just assumed that they knew I had a biological child since they already did my home study and I checked the web site and it said parents with or without children can apply. Maybe they are just not accepting applications right now for parents who already have a biological child.
I did hear of one agency called children's choice that did not accept applications from parents who already had a biological child, but not adoptions from the heart.
Any advise would be appreciated since I am freaking out.
